The pain in my hands and legs is pretty bad this morning so I was trying to sleep it off. I know I don’t need to add a blog entry every day but I do it for my own good as well as trying to entertain and inform friends and family about my current health state.
I am not sure if I feel worse this morning after our short trip out yesterday or because I didn’t take my night time dose of pain killers? The problem was they were due at 10pm and I was so tired I took my Amitriptyline at 9pm and then fell fast asleep.
Still I had a good time walking around Dobbins yesterday and enjoyed a strawberry tart.
The sun is shining and so must I
