The Kappa Light chain level is down to 611.
That is half of what it was last month!! So at LEAST we are holding things steady and possibly making a dent in the myeloma with the current treatment. However, if they are up again at the beginning of the next cycle (in a couple weeks) (like they sometimes are), then it is probably worth adding a dose of Doxil on day 8 of the next cycle to see if that adds some benefit since it would be nice to get the kappa level down even further and a dose of Doxil won’t really cause much problems other than possibly lowering the blood counts temporarily (and you are used to that now).
At least some decent news for you for a change though.
