I went in to the Day ward to receive IVIG infusion. It used to be a non event (during the early induction I had bottles and bottles of IVIG!) but lately I seemed to become sensitive to it. At one time the infusion rate was too fast (in my opinion) – I had the shivers and shakes and the nurse couldn’t find my BP – another time, though the infusion rate was much reduced but half way through, my BP started to rise.
