Our community had a tragic loss of 2 teens killed as they were walking to get coffee. A drunk driver(or allegedly under some kind of influence) swerved into the shoulder where they were walking. It is so senseless and sad. I cannot imagine their families sorrow. in a split second these 2 teens are gone and 2 families do not have their sons. It makes me so incredibly sad.
Each day is truly a gift. Whether we feel good or not, or get our goals accomplished, or whatever the day brings, it is still a gift to be here.
Today, I’m making some seed bread, taco meat with organic beef for taco Tuesday and I need to go get gas in the old van for tomorrow’s trip to Sacramento.
